<p>Start your trip with pickup from your Bali hotel at 8:30 am.</p> <p>First stop is Tanah Lot Temple, which is one of the important directional temples in Bali and located on a rock just offshore. It is said to be the work of the revered 15th-century Hindu priest, Nirartha, and forms an important element of Balinese spirtualism and mythology.</p> <p>Afterward heading to Taman Ayun Temple, also known as the Royal Temple of Mengwi, is one of the most important religious structures in Bali.</p> <p>Built in 1634, by a king of the Mengwi dynasty, the impressive complex stands on an island in a river, with its inner temple surrounded by a moat. Its Balinese name translates to mean ‘Garden Temple in the Water.'</p> <p>Then head through Bali's Central Mountains towards the island's northern coast, watching as the plant life transitions into lush farm fields of cabbage, potatoes and maize.</p> <p>Along the way you'll stop by Candi Kuning, a flower and fruit market, where you can admire the exotic orchids, colourful roses and delicious strawberries for sale by local vendors.</p> <p>Head next to Bedugul, a mountain resort situated 2,700 feet (850m) above sea level.</p> <p>Check out Lake Beratan, which lies in the crater left behind by the now-extinct Mount Batukaru, and visit the lake's beautiful temple, used by the locals to honor the goddess who supposedly inhabits this body of water.</p> <p>Continue on to see the breathtaking view of Buyan Lake, Tamblingan and take some pictures before heading to the historic city of Singaraja an island capital which was once a Dutch administrative center until the 1950s.</p> <p>Then drive along the coast to Lovina, pausing to admire its famous black sand beach and to enjoy some coffee or tea (at your own expense).</p> <p>Finish your trip heading to the seaport of Gilimanuk on Bali's west coast. Along the way you'll pass the beautiful Bali Barat National Park, a sprawling 73 square mile (190 sq km) preserve of endangered plants and birds.</p> <p>Reach Gilimanuk and hop aboard your ferry for a 50-minute ride to Java. Arriving in Java, When you disembark, enjoy dinner in a local restaurant (own expenses ) and ride to your accomodation .</p> <p>Finish your day at your simple accommodations to relax, have dinner and rest up for few hours until the pick up time of Mount ijen Blue fire trekking Overnight: in one of homestay Banyuwangi</p>

<p>You will be told the day before of the start time for this day which can be anytime from 00.00.</p> <p>You will be picked up from your Banyuwangi Accommodation by your driver and driven to Mount Ijen start point which will take 1 hours.</p> <p>When you arrive at the parking area, you will then be given a briefing and your safety equipment including a torchlight and gas mask. On this Mount Ijen Blue Fire Trekking Tour, see an eternal blue flame like no other. You will trek the popular Mount Ijen and see the magnificent blue fire in Ijen Crater in Banyuwangi. This is the only place in South East Asia and one of only two places in the world where you can see this natural phenomenon. You can only see the fire during the night, and afterwards you will be able to have excellent views of the fantastic landscape of the largest acid lake in Java, the Ijen Crater.</p> <p>Bring your camera to capture the moment, enjoy the beauty and challenge yourself by hiking to the crater. You will also be able to interact with the local miners. The fire came out from the belly of the mountain, and because of the chemical reaction between the gas temperature and Sulphur, this creates a blue fire.</p> <p>The route is approximately 3 kilometres which is divided into 3 parts being 800 meters slightly uphill, 1 kilometre uphill and then 1.2 kilometres flat. During your trek, you can meet some of the strongest men in the world who are sulphur miners. These minors carry the sulphur which weighs around 60 to 80 kilograms with bamboo's sticks in their shoulder.</p> <p>Upon arrival at the summit, if the weather is clear, you can see the blue fire and also the Milky Way. You will be guided down to see the blue fire for the best photographs depending on the weather conditions and wind direction as your safety is paramount. From the viewing points, you can take photos of Ijen blue fire, and also the mining activity with the traditional technique using iron sticks and no safety tools for the miner. Before you head back down, enjoy a light breakfast on top of Mountain Ijen or you can have the breakfast box after arriving in the parking lot.</p> <p>You will then get to see the largest acid lake on Java Island, Ijen Crater. It will take around 1 hour to get back down to the bottom.</p> <p>The tour continues to visit Menjangan island where you can enjoy snorkelling.</p> <p>After some time spent Relaxing and snorkelling on the shore , ride back with your driver to your Bali hotel</p>
