Itinerary

Arrival and Sightseeing in Delhi

On arrival at the airport, you will be picked up and taken to your hotel for check-in. Later you will take a tour of New Delhi, visiting such sights as Qutub Minar and The Iron Pillar. We will continue with a drive through the embassy area, the government buildings, Connaught Place, the heart and main shopping district of the capital, as well as a visit to India Gate. Today you will also visit Jama Masjid, the biggest mosque in India and enjoy a walk in Old Delhi. Overnight: 5-star hotel

Delhi – Agra – Jaipur

After breakfast, we will drive to Agra along one of India’s finest freeways. Upon your arrival at Agra, you will check in to your hotel and rest for a while. Next, you will be taken on a sightseeing tour of historic Agra city. First on the list will be the beautiful iconic Taj Mahal. This legendary white marble structure was built by another great Mughal ruler, Shah Jahan in commemoration of his love for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Every day, the Taj Mahal receives a huge influx of tourists from all over the globe. In the latter half of our sightseeing trip, you will be admiring the majestic Agra Fort. Both of these structures hold great significance for the city’s heritage. After sightseeing, we will drive to Jaipur. Overnight: 5-star hotel in Jaipur

Jaipur Sightseeing

After Breakfast, we will visit the Amber Fort followed by a tour of the City Palace which contains an interesting museum of regal attire. Just over the road is Jantar Mantar, an observatory of astronomy built by Jai Singh in 1728. At first glance, Jantar Mantar resembles a sculpture park, though, in fact, each construction has a specific scientific purpose. Some measure the positions of stars, whilst others calculate eclipses, the lunar calendar and simply the time of day. Even today, most of the constructions remain accurate. We will now drive through the Pink City, driving by monuments like Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) and Jal Mahal (Water Palace) and we will stop and visit Monkey Temple. In the evening feel free to explore the local markets and do some souvenir shopping. Overnight: 5-star hotel
